Upon entering Vril society, I was gently mesmerized and taken to the magistrates home. I was told about Vril history, language, power, and the Utopian dreams of their gorgeous underground metropolises.
Be it known that “Vril” is the name of their power, not of a people. The people are Vril-Ya. Their power is a type of electromagnetic, plasma based antimatter, that enlivens their machines, heals the sick, and makes the diadems on their golden tiaras glow in the dark.
Henceforth throughout, I will call the people “The Vril.” Instead of the proper pronoun- “Vril-Ya”.
The Vril are a powerful race of frog people, brought up from the humblest tadpole, now evolved into race of fantastic underground beings.
The females are dominant. And as luck would have it, they love my above ground good looks, my stoic male character, and my swarthy sensibilities.
All of the female Vril want me!
Using the magic of my alluring charms, I begin to formulate a plan to overtake these magnificent creatures. I’ll win the love of their powerful females and live out my days as King of the underworld.
It’s a dangerous plan. One slip up, and the jealous females will have me incinerated with their powerful staffs of Vril. It’s worth the risk. The magistrates daughter is especially beautiful. The princess really loves me.
It is my great fortune to gain the attentions of Zee, a female Gy from the College of Sages. She loves me.
My plan is corrupted by the jealous females of Vril. It appears there’s not enough of me to go around. I’m labeled unfit for the community and condemned to die.
In my chamber brooding, I hear the soft wake of Zee’s wings on my windowsill. She flys into my apartment and tells me I must travel with her to the outskirts of town.
She’s silent as we walk, her beautiful face filled with concern.
We arrive at the edge of the underground metropolis. With her Vril staff, Zee opens the granite rock to my home above ground. She instructs me to wrap around her supple body, we fly up through the chasm into the mines of men, the place where the day-star alights anew every blessed morn.
Zee saves me. I often wonder about her and the coming Vril race that will emerge from their deep underground bunkers to destroy us all.
