Digital Money – XMR Technology – Blockchain – Thought Experiment – Techno Space – Genius Act

Can you imagine a time when our favorite blockchain– XMR– is not forking in the right direction? This is not a case for or against Zcash, but a thought experiment.

I agree that we should always celebrate better privacy, decentralization, distribution, and open source technologies.

AND, the opportunity to trade in/out of one asset into another without huge barriers, draconian biometric, digital ID, KYC nightmare slave systems.

It’s not a black and white issue. The measurement of privacy, decentralization, and distribution is subjective, and slides to and fro on a scale of gray.

My thought experiment is this: We should demand our electronic transactions to mimic cash (fungible) in every way possible, and when it doesn’t, we should be FREE to trade out and/or fork off into a network that better serves US.

Remember. It’s all a game. The gamification of monies. Indeed, what is the Proof of Work mining protocol- a hashing compute game of silicon cybernetics.

Admittedly fraught with horrible pitfalls. But it does lend the game rules to a different set of aristocrats, (mostly techno bros with data centers), at least we can see movement on the monopoly board, something I’ll call progress. Until they lock us down again and demand biometric beast mark C-ertificates O-f V-accine I- D- to access the internet.

The game is afoot- and all of the turmoil we see in this one world corporation is because of US. Something we can be very proud of, albeit extremely terrifying at times.
